It seems like yesterday that some of the highest readings of brettanomyces – off the scale – were accepted as regional examples from some of the big-name producers.
This wine comes from another world – galaxy indeed. It is juicy and full of red fruits, cherries and raspberries, that have been picked that morning. The back label discloses 14.5% alc, but the mouthfeel and flavour make up seems closer to 13.5%. Glory be.
